Our Mission

Finding concert tickets shouldn't be complicated or stressful. We bring together touring schedules, venue details, travel information and the current cheapest listed prices for thousands of artists performing across the UK and worldwide.

Who Runs the Site

NeedATicket.co.uk is run by Streetvisit, an independent UK business. NeedATicket is part of Streetvisit (streetvisit.com). We are not a ticket seller, a promoter or a venue, and we are not affiliated with any artist, team or venue.

We have no connection with "Need a Ticket", a ticket reseller in Ireland, or with Needaticket Events Ltd, an Irish company. Reviews and complaints about either of them are not about this site.

How We Operate & Affiliate Disclosure

StubHub International is our only ticket partner, and we do not sell tickets. We don't hold tickets, set prices or take payment. When you press a ticket button on NeedATicket.co.uk you go to the StubHub International marketplace, where you buy and pay. If you do buy, StubHub pays us a commission through the impact.com affiliate network, at no extra cost to you.

No other ticket seller pays us. For football matches where resale is restricted by law, we show the fixture for information only and name the club's official ticket office; we earn nothing from those. The only other company that pays us is Stay22, for bookings made through the hotel map on some event pages. The full, plain-English explanation is on How we make money.

How Our Content Is Made

Event listings and prices are imported from the StubHub International catalogue every day, shortly after StubHub publishes it. Dates, prices, tour tables and the summaries on event pages are built from that data by our own code. Some descriptive text is still drafted by an AI model: venue guides, venue travel notes, the short artist biographies used in search descriptions, and older per-show guides under /blog/. Our editorial policy lists exactly where, and explains how to request a correction.

How the Site Is Built

We use AI coding tools to help write and check the code that runs this site. A person at Streetvisit reviews and approves every change before it goes live.
