1. FC Heidenheim vs Energie Cottbus, Heidenheim an der Brenz — 24 Oct 2026

The nearest mainline station is Heidenheim (Brenz) Hauptbahnhof. From the Hauptbahnhof, the arena is approximately 3.5 kilometres uphill. While theoretically walkable, the ascent makes a 40-45 minute journey impractical for most; bus connections are highly recommended.

• Bus & Public Transit: Heidenheim's local transport provider, HVB (Heidenheimer Verkehrsgesellschaft), offers connections from the ZOB (Central Bus Station, adjacent to the Hauptbahnhof). Bus line 6, towards Schnaitheim-Aufhausen, services the "Voith-Arena" stop directly. Travel time is typically 10-15 minutes. For major events, special event buses are often scheduled to manage crowd flow.
• Parking: On-site parking is available at designated areas such as Parkplatz P1 and P2 around the Voith-Arena. Additional public parking options, such as the Parkplatz Waldbad, are situated within a 10-minute radius. Fees apply, and significant congestion is to be expected on event days; advance booking or early arrival is strongly advised to secure a space.
• Entry & Doors: Entrances are clearly indicated by stand or ticket type. Standard bag checks and security procedures are in place. Arriving at least 30-45 minutes prior to the advertised event start time is recommended, especially for larger concerts or high-demand sporting fixtures, to allow for security screening and navigate to your seating or standing area.
