Crystal Palace FC vs Nottingham Forest FC, London — 11 Oct 2026

The nearest mainline station is Selhurst, located approximately a 12-minute walk west from the stadium. Exit the station onto Whitehorse Road, turn right, and then left onto Park Road or Holmesdale Road to reach the main entrances. Thornton Heath station offers another option, a 15-minute walk south-east, while Norwood Junction provides further rail links, approximately a 20-25 minute walk.

• Bus & Public Transit: Numerous Transport for London bus routes serve the immediate vicinity of Selhurst Park. Key routes include the 50, 75, 157, 198, 250, and 468, with conveniently located stops on Whitehorse Lane, Park Road, and Holmesdale Road, directly adjacent to the stadium perimeter.
• Parking: On-site parking at Selhurst Park is severely limited and typically reserved for officials or accredited personnel. Surrounding residential streets operate strict parking restrictions and permit-only zones on event days. While some local schools or businesses may offer temporary paid parking, these options are scarce, often unadvertised, and fill rapidly. Public transport is unequivocally the recommended mode of arrival due to the lack of dedicated public car parks within a convenient 10-minute radius and significant local congestion on event days.
• Entry & Doors: Access points are clearly signposted according to the respective stands (e.g., Holmesdale Road End, Whitehorse Lane Stand, Main Stand, Arthur Wait Stand). Queuing for entry typically forms on the pavement leading to the turnstiles. Standard stadium security protocols are in place, including bag searches and metal detector screenings; visitors are advised to check current bag policies for size restrictions and prohibited items prior to arrival. To allow ample time for security checks and finding your seat, arriving at least 60-90 minutes before the scheduled start time is highly recommended.
