Deák Ferenc tér metro station, a primary interchange for lines M1 (Yellow), M2 (Red), and M3 (Blue), is merely a 2-minute walk from the venue's entrance on Erzsébet Square. Exit directions towards Erzsébet Square lead directly to the venue's access points.

Numerous bus routes serve the vicinity of Akvárium Klub, making it easily accessible by public transport. Key nearby bus stops include those located along Andrássy Avenue and near Deák Ferenc Square, both within a short walking distance of the venue. Bus routes such as the 105, 70, and 78 are particularly convenient, connecting various parts of the city centre and outer districts directly to the area. These routes offer comprehensive coverage, linking to major transport hubs like Keleti Railway Station and other key interchange points. For late-night travel, several night bus services also operate in the city centre, ensuring attendees can get home after evening events. Journey times from the heart of the city centre are typically under 15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Passengers should check the Budapest public transport (BKK) website or app for the most up-to-date route information and schedules.

The Erzsébet tér Underground Garage (Erzsébet téri mélygarázs) is situated directly beneath Erzsébet Square, offering the most convenient parking option with direct pedestrian access to the venue. Hourly fees apply, and while advance booking is not typically required, arriving early for popular events is advisable due to potential congestion.

Akvárium Klub strives to be an accessible venue for all patrons. The main entrance is generally wheelchair accessible, and efforts are made to ensure smooth passage into the performance spaces. While the venue's layout across multiple levels may present some challenges, staff are available to provide assistance and guide visitors with mobility needs. Dedicated accessible toilets are usually available within the main facilities. For patrons with hearing impairments, the venue may offer induction loop systems during specific events; it is advisable to inquire about this in advance. Assistance dogs are typically welcomed, though confirmation of specific policies regarding service animals is recommended. Accessible parking spaces may be available in nearby car parks; however, it is best to contact the venue directly to confirm the closest and most suitable options for disabled drivers and discuss any specific requirements with their management team.

The main entrance is accessed from the pedestrian area of Erzsébet Square, descending below ground level. Queue arrangements typically form along the descent into the venue. Standard security measures, including bag searches, are enforced upon entry. For optimal experience and to avoid peak queues, arriving 30-45 minutes before the advertised door time is recommended, particularly for highly anticipated performances.
