Numerous National Express West Midlands bus routes serve the area surrounding Alexander Stadium. Key routes include the X51, 33, 907, and 997, all of which stop at various points along Aldridge Road and Walsall Road (A34), within a short walk of the venue. Consult local journey planners for the most direct routes from central Birmingham or other districts.

On-site parking at Alexander Stadium is available for many events but often requires advance booking and carries a fee. Due to high demand and potential traffic congestion, particularly for major events, it is highly advisable to pre-purchase parking permits. Limited unofficial or street parking may exist in surrounding residential areas but is not guaranteed and can be subject to restrictions. Consider public transport as the primary option to avoid congestion.

Entry points are typically well-signposted around the perimeter of the stadium. Specific gate numbers or designated entrance zones will usually be indicated on your ticket. Expect thorough bag checks and security screening. To allow ample time for security procedures, finding your seat or pitch position, and concessions, it is recommended to arrive at least 45-60 minutes before the advertised start time.
