The nearest rail link is the CTA Blue Line Rosemont Station, situated approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 km) southeast of the arena. While a walk would typically take around 25-30 minutes, the village of Rosemont provides a complimentary shuttle service from the CTA station directly to the arena entrance for events, significantly easing transit.

• Bus & Public Transit: Pace Bus Route 221 (North Mannheim Road) operates directly along Mannheim Road, with stops conveniently located adjacent to the arena. Pace Route 330 (Mannheim/La Grange) also provides local connections. Both these routes, as well as the free shuttle service to the arena, are accessible from the CTA Blue Line Rosemont Station, which serves as a central transit hub.
• Parking: Extensive surface parking lots surround the arena, accessible primarily via Mannheim Road. Parking fees are typically charged upon entry, with prices varying based on the event. Due to high demand, significant congestion is common before and after major events. Advance booking of parking through the venue's official website or third-party apps is strongly recommended to secure a space and streamline the arrival process.
• Entry & Doors: Public entrances are situated at various points around the building's perimeter. Queueing systems are in place, and bag search policies are strict, generally adhering to a clear bag policy with specific size restrictions. Guests are advised to arrive at least 45-60 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time to allow ample time for security checks, concession purchases, and navigation to their seats, especially for events featuring general admission floor access.
