Amon G Carter Stadium

The nearest mainline rail connection is the Trinity Railway Express (TRE) at the ITC Station (Intermodal Transportation Center) in Downtown Fort Worth. From ITC Station, Amon G Carter Stadium requires a further bus connection; a walk is not feasible given the approximately 4-mile distance.

Trinity Metro bus service provides the most direct public transit to the stadium. Routes 007 (Hulen) and 002 (Alta Mesa) operate along University Drive. A stop for these routes is located at University Drive at Bellaire Drive N, approximately a 5-minute walk (0.3 miles) west to the stadium's primary entrance on Stadium Drive. Route 005 (University) also serves Stadium Drive. Visitors should check the Trinity Metro schedule for event-specific service adjustments.

On-campus parking for events at Amon G Carter Stadium is typically managed by TCU. Designated lots such as Lot 1, Lot 2, and the Frog Alley Parking Garage are available, though often require pre-purchased permits or carry significant event-day fees. Due to high demand and congestion on event days, particularly during football season, advance booking for parking is strongly recommended. Off-campus private lots in the surrounding residential areas may also offer paid parking options, but availability can be limited.

Entry gates are clearly marked along Stadium Drive and other access points. Expect thorough bag searches (clear bag policy is standard) and metal detector screening upon arrival. To ensure smooth entry and avoid missing the start of an event, it is advisable to arrive at least 60-90 minutes before scheduled kick-off or performance time.
