The nearest mainline station is Bruxelles-Central / Brussel-Centraal, located approximately a 7-minute walk southeast. Exit the station and proceed west on Rue de l'Infante Isabelle / Infante Isabella straat, then north onto Rue des Fripiers / Kleerkopersstraat, turning west onto Rue des Pierres / Steenstraat to reach the venue entrance. For local metro services, De Brouckère station (lines 1 and 5) is virtually adjacent to the venue, with exits directly onto Place de la Monnaie / Muntplein, a mere 2-minute walk north along Rue des Pierres / Steenstraat.

The De Brouckère transit hub serves numerous bus and tram lines, making it highly accessible. Key bus routes stopping nearby include lines 29, 66, 71, and 88, connecting to various parts of the city. Several tram lines (3, 4) also stop at De Brouckère. Consult STIB/MIVB journey planners for specific connections from your starting point.

Public parking is available at Q-Park De Brouckère, an underground facility located at Place de Brouckère 1, approximately a 3-minute walk north of the venue. Parking fees are applicable and can be significant for extended periods. Due to the central urban location, congestion is common, particularly during peak event times. Advance booking of parking via the Q-Park website is recommended to guarantee a space and potentially secure better rates.

The primary entrance is situated on Rue des Pierres / Steenstraat. Queues typically form along this street prior to doors opening. Standard security procedures, including bag searches, are in place upon entry. Large bags or backpacks are generally not permitted inside the main performance areas and may be subject to a cloakroom fee. Arriving 30-45 minutes before the advertised door time is advisable for securing a preferred viewing spot, especially for popular standing-room events.
