Limited on-site parking is available, often requiring pre-booking for major events. Several private garages operate within a 10-minute walk in the surrounding Capital Riverfront neighborhood, including the Colonial Parking garage at 1000 South Capitol St SW and additional garages along M Street SE. Audi Field is committed to providing an accessible and enjoyable experience for all patrons. The venue offers excellent wheelchair accessibility throughout its public areas, including dedicated entrances, ramps, and accessible lifts to all levels. A number of accessible seating areas are available across different tiers, offering excellent views of the stage or pitch. Accessible toilet facilities are conveniently located and are well-equipped. For those with hearing impairments, induction loop systems are typically installed in key areas, such as ticketing and guest services, and may be available at the information desk for use during events. Assistance dogs and service animals are welcomed at Audi Field; specific policies and guidance for bringing them should be checked with the venue beforehand. Accessible parking bays are usually situated in the closest car parks, and staff are readily available throughout the venue to provide assistance with directions, seating, and any other needs patrons may have.

Main entry gates are situated primarily on the Half Street SW and S Street SW elevations. Security procedures, including bag searches, are in effect; the venue enforces a clear bag policy for most events. Patrons are advised to arrive 45-60 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time to allow ample time for security screening and entry, especially during peak crowd periods.
