From PNR Legazpi Station, walk south along the pedestrian path adjacent to Peñaranda Street for approximately 8 minutes, then turn left onto Bicol Seaway Esplanade. Big Night Live will be approximately 4 minutes further east along the Esplanade, with its main entrance facing the water. Total walking time: 12 minutes.

From Legazpi City Grand Terminal, located inland to the rear of the main city area, take any jeepney or tricycle route heading towards the city center or Legazpi Port. These services will drop passengers along Rizal Street or Peñaranda Street. From the drop-off point near the port, walk east for approximately 5-7 minutes along Bicol Seaway Esplanade to reach the venue's main entrance. Total travel time varies by traffic, but typically 20-30 minutes including local transit and walking.

• Portside Multi-Storey Parking: Located 3 minutes inland from the venue on Peñaranda Street. This secured facility offers covered parking, though spaces can fill quickly on event nights. Advance booking is not typically available; arrive early. Standard hourly rates apply.
• Albay Commercial Center Parking: Situated approximately an 8-minute walk west, inland from the venue, accessible via Rizal Street. This large open-air car park offers more capacity but can experience congestion. Fees are generally lower than multi-storey options.

The primary entrance for all patrons is located directly on Bicol Seaway Esplanade, facing Albay Gulf. Queuing lanes are organized externally, with security personnel conducting bag searches and ticket scanning before entry. Large bags, backpacks, and outside food/drinks are strictly prohibited. It is recommended to arrive 30-45 minutes before the advertised door time, especially for general admission standing events, to ensure good positioning and to navigate potential queues efficiently.
