The nearest mainline station is Bournemouth (BOH). From the station, the Pavilion is approximately a 20-minute walk. Exit the station and head south-east down Holdenhurst Road. Turn right onto Lansdowne Road, which transitions into Bath Road and then Westover Road. The venue will be on your left, overlooking the Lower Gardens.

The central bus terminus at Gervis Place is a primary hub for local routes, located a 5-minute walk south-east from the Pavilion via Westover Road. Numerous local bus routes serve Gervis Place, offering connections across Bournemouth and the wider Dorset area. National coach services also typically terminate near the rail station, requiring the aforementioned walk.

The Bournemouth Pavilion Car Park is situated directly beneath and adjacent to the venue, with entry from Westover Road. Further options include the BIC multi-storey car park (approx. 7-minute walk south-west via Westover Road) and the Eden Glen car park (approx. 8-minute walk north-east via Westover Road and Avenue Road). All operate on a paid basis, and congestion can be significant on event nights; advance booking for the Pavilion car park is often recommended.

The main public entrance is centrally located on Westover Road. Queue arrangements typically form along the pavement directly outside. Standard bag search policies are in effect for all attendees.
