From Mannheim Hauptbahnhof, the venue is an approximate 20-minute walk northeast. Exit the Hauptbahnhof towards Bismarckstraße, proceeding north-east through Paradeplatz, past the Nationaltheater, and then bearing left onto Waldhofstraße. Alternatively, numerous tram lines offer quicker connections from the Hauptbahnhof to stops closer to the venue.

The nearest tram and bus stops are "Alter Meßplatz" and "Nationaltheater", both approximately a 3-minute walk to the venue. These stops are served by multiple lines, including trams 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, connecting directly from Mannheim Hauptbahnhof and other key city points.

For those arriving by car, the Waldhofgarage (Waldhofstraße 10-14) is directly adjacent to the venue. Another convenient option is the Tiefgarage N1, located beneath the Nationaltheater (Goethestraße 2). Both offer paid hourly parking; however, due to high demand on event nights, pre-booking or arriving well in advance is highly recommended to secure a space and avoid congestion.

The main entrance is located prominently on Waldhofstraße. Queue lines typically form outside along the pavement. Standard security procedures, including bag searches, are in effect. To ensure a smooth entry and sufficient time to navigate the venue, patrons are advised to arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes prior to the advertised event start time, particularly for sold-out or high-profile events.
