There is no mainline passenger rail service available to Las Jarretaderas or the broader Riviera Nayarit region. Visitors must rely on road transport.

Local public buses, operated by companies such as ATM, frequently traverse Boulevard Riviera Nayarit and Avenida México, which run to the rear and inland from the Vidanta complex. These routes connect Las Jarretaderas with Puerto Vallarta and other towns in the Banderas Bay area. Specific bus stops are located along these main thoroughfares, typically requiring a short taxi or resort shuttle connection to the convention centre's entrance.

The Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta resort complex provides extensive, dedicated parking facilities for guests and event attendees, identified as "Estacionamiento Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta" or similar within the resort signage. These car parks are easily accessible upon entry to the resort property. Valet services are often available. Fees apply, and due to the resort's size, advance booking is generally not required for parking, though arriving well before major events is advisable to avoid peak ingress congestion.

Entry to the convention centre is typically via clearly marked entrances within the resort's main access network. Queue arrangements are managed by event staff, and standard security protocols, including bag searches, are in place. Arriving at least 30-45 minutes before the scheduled start time is recommended to allow for transit through the resort, security checks, and locating your specific event space.
