Congress Centrum Ulm

The nearest mainline station is Ulm Hauptbahnhof (Ulm Hbf). From the station's main exit, follow Bahnhofstraße south, turning left onto Olgastraße, and continue until you reach the Donauufer. The Congress Centrum Ulm will be to your right. This walk typically takes approximately 18 minutes.

The Unity Centre is exceptionally well-served by public bus transport, making it easily accessible from all parts of the city and surrounding areas. Numerous bus stops are located within a short walk of the venue, with the closest being the "Unity Arts Centre" stop and the "City Hall South" stop. Key bus routes serving these stops include routes 7, 14, 22, and 35. These routes connect the venue to major residential areas, the city centre, and key transport interchanges, ensuring convenient access. For those travelling late, several night bus services, such as the N7 and N22, operate on weekends, providing safe travel options after performances conclude. Journeys from the city centre typically take between 5 to 15 minutes depending on traffic conditions. Major bus operators in the area include CityLink Buses and Regional Transport Services.

An underground car park, the Tiefgarage Congress Centrum Ulm, is situated directly beneath the venue, accessible from the Donauufer. Fees apply, and advance booking is advisable for high-capacity events to mitigate potential congestion and ensure availability. Additional public parking garages are located further inland within a 10-minute walk, such as Parkhaus Deutschhaus or Parkhaus Rosengasse, but expect higher demand.

The Unity Centre is committed to providing an accessible experience for all patrons. Wheelchair access is available at all main entrances, and lifts are readily available to reach all performance spaces and facilities on different levels. Accessible toilet facilities are clearly signposted and available on each floor. For patrons with hearing impairments, induction loop systems are installed in the main auditorium and box office. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue, and water bowls can be provided upon request. While there are no dedicated service animal facilities, staff are briefed to assist where possible. Accessible parking bays are located in the nearby City Centre Parking multi-storey, and the venue offers assistance from these bays to the entrance upon prior arrangement. Staff are trained to offer help and guidance to visitors with any accessibility needs.

The primary entrance to the Congress Centrum Ulm is located on the Donauufer side. Security checks, including bag searches, are standard upon entry. It is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes before the advertised door time for larger events to allow sufficient time for security procedures and finding your seating or preferred standing position.
