Exit Moyua onto Alameda de Recalde, proceeding north-east for approximately 700 meters until reaching the riverfront, then turn left onto Paseo de Uribitarte. For mainline rail services, Abando Indalecio Prieto station (Renfe Cercanías and intercity) is a 15-minute walk south-east from the venue. Follow Calle Colón de Larreátegui north-east, then Alameda de Recalde, before turning onto Paseo de Uribitarte.

Numerous bus routes provide excellent access to the Cotton Club, with several stops located just a short walk from the venue. The nearest stops are typically found on New Road and Broad Street, serviced by key routes such as the 4, 12, and 25. These routes connect Bilbo town centre with various surrounding neighbourhoods, including residential areas and other commercial districts, making it easy to reach from most parts of the city. For those travelling later in the evening, services like the N4 operate on weekends, offering night bus options to ensure safe travel home. Journey times from the central bus station or Bilbo city centre are generally brief, usually under 15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. The primary bus operator serving these routes is Bilbo Bus Company, with clear signage and real-time information available at most stops.

Several underground car parks are available within a 10-minute radius. Parking Pío Baroja is located directly adjacent, accessible via Calle Pío Baroja, offering the closest option. Parking Zubiarte (approx. 8-minute walk west, via Alameda de Recalde and Lehendakari Leizaola) and Parking Plaza Euskadi (approx. 10-minute walk west, via Abandoibarra Etorbidea) are further alternatives. Fees apply at all locations, and advance booking is highly recommended for weekend events or during peak tourist seasons due to high demand.

While there are no lifts within the venue due to its historic nature, all event spaces are located on the ground floor, ensuring full accessibility. Accessible toilet facilities are available and clearly signposted. For patrons with hearing impairments, an induction loop system is in operation during performances; please inquire at the box office upon arrival if you wish to use this facility. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue, and we provide water bowls upon request. The primary entrance is located directly on Paseo de Uribitarte, facing the Nervión River. Queues typically form along the river promenade. Standard bag search procedures are in effect upon entry. For popular events, arriving 30-45 minutes prior to advertised doors is advisable to ensure smooth ingress and preferred positioning within the main hall.
