Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre

Extensive on-site parking lots surround the venue. Fees are typically charged upon entry, with pre-paid options often available via ticketing platforms prior to the event. Due to high demand on event nights, arriving well in advance of door times is strongly advised to mitigate congestion and secure a spot within a reasonable walking distance to the entrance.

The Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre is committed to providing an accessible experience for all patrons. The venue is largely wheelchair accessible, with ramps and lifts providing access to various levels, including seating areas and concourses. Accessible viewing platforms are available for wheelchair users, offering excellent sightlines, and must be booked in advance. Accessible toilets are clearly signposted and located throughout the venue. While the venue does not typically provide hearing loop systems, patrons who rely on them are advised to contact the venue directly in advance to discuss potential arrangements or alternative solutions. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue, and dedicated welfare areas can be made available if needed. Accessible parking spaces are situated in the main car park, close to the entrance, and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Venue staff are briefed to provide assistance to patrons with disabilities upon request.

Main entrances are situated off Ridgeland Avenue, leading into the venue's perimeter. Security protocols, including metal detector screenings and bag searches, are standard upon entry. Guests should anticipate queues, especially during peak entry times, and factor this into their arrival schedule. Bag policies are strict, typically allowing only small clutches or clear bags; checking the venue's website for current guidelines is recommended prior to arrival.
