Davis Wade Stadium

Starkville, Mississippi, does not have a direct passenger rail station. The nearest Amtrak service is located in Meridian, MS, approximately a 1-hour and 40-minute drive south, or Birmingham, AL, roughly a 2-hour and 45-minute drive northeast.

The Starkville-MSU Area Rapid Transit (S.M.A.R.T.) bus system serves the Mississippi State University campus and surrounding areas. Routes such as the "Bulldog Loop" or "Central Campus" have stops within a 5 to 10-minute walk of Davis Wade Stadium, particularly along Barr Avenue and George Perry Street. Services are frequently enhanced on game days.

Numerous parking lots are available on the Mississippi State University campus within a 10-minute radius of the stadium. Popular options include the Commuter West Lot, Barnes & Noble Lot, and the Wise Center Lot. On game days, many lots require pre-purchased permits, and cash-only general public parking can be limited and subject to dynamic pricing, often leading to significant congestion. Advance booking of parking passes is highly recommended via the MSU athletic department website.

Main entry points are distributed around the stadium, including Gates A, B, C, D, E, and F, accessible from various points around the venue perimeter. All entries are subject to security screening, including metal detectors and strict adherence to the clear bag policy. It is advisable to arrive at least 60-90 minutes prior to kickoff to allow ample time for navigating campus, parking, and security protocols, especially for high-attendance events.
