Domo Care

While direct train access to a station immediately adjacent to Domo Care is not a primary transport method for the venue itself, users of regional rail services can connect via other means. The closest major rail hub offering intercity and regional services would typically be located in the heart of Monterrey's central transport network. From there, onward travel via taxi, bus, or other local transport options would be necessary. Train services to Monterrey are primarily domestic, connecting major cities within Mexico. Journey times from cities like Mexico City or Guadalajara can be substantial, often exceeding 12 hours, making it a less common option for those travelling solely for a single event from afar compared to air travel. The main Monterrey station offers standard facilities including ticket offices, waiting areas, and access to local transport connections.

Numerous bus routes serve the Parque Fundidora area. Key stops are located along Avenida Madero and Avenida Fundidora, both bordering the park. Specific routes like those passing through Downtown Monterrey or connecting to other major transit hubs will drop passengers within a 10-15 minute walk of the venue's entrance.

Extensive paid parking facilities are available within Parque Fundidora itself. These include Estacionamiento E1, E2, and E3, which are large surface lots often utilized for major events. Expect increased congestion and potential surge pricing during peak event times. Advance booking for parking is generally not available, so early arrival is advised.

Domo Care is committed to ensuring an accessible experience for all patrons. The venue features step-free access at its main entrances, and where necessary, lifts are available to access different levels or seating areas. Dedicated accessible seating is strategically located to provide excellent views of the stage and is often situated near accessible restrooms. Information regarding the availability of hearing loop or induction loop systems for those with hearing impairments should be confirmed directly with the venue or event organiser, as this can vary. Assistance animals are generally permitted within the venue, though it is recommended to notify the venue in advance. Companion care facilities or specific seating arrangements for companions can usually be accommodated upon request. Accessible parking spaces are available in nearby car parks, and designated drop-off points are situated close to the main entrance to facilitate easier access. Venue staff are typically trained to provide assistance and guidance to visitors with accessibility needs.
