The nearest metro station is Hradčanská (Line A), approximately a 15-minute walk north-east along Milady Horákové street. An alternative is Vltavská (Line C), located about a 20-minute walk west, then north via nábřeží Kapitána Jaroše, ascending to the Letná plateau.

The Sparta tram stop, serviced by lines 1, 2, 8, 12, 25, and 26, is positioned directly adjacent to the arena on Milady Horákové street, offering immediate access. Numerous bus routes also connect to the wider Letná district, with stops such as Korunovační or Letenské náměstí accessible within a 5 to 10-minute walk.

Dedicated parking facilities at epet ARENA are extremely limited. The surrounding streets within the Letná district, including Milady Horákové, Korunovační, and Letenská pláň, are predominantly regulated paid parking zones (blue or purple) intended for residents. Visitors are strongly advised to utilize public transport. For those requiring a car, consider Park and Ride (P+R) services on the city outskirts or public garages further afield, such as Garáže NTM/NZM (National Technical Museum/National Museum of Agriculture), which is approximately a 15-minute walk south of the venue.

Main entrance gates are situated along Milady Horákové street and the northern aspect of the stadium. Queueing systems are typically organised by ticket category and designated seating/standing sections. All attendees should anticipate comprehensive bag searches and security screenings. Early arrival is recommended, particularly for high-demand events, to allow ample time for security procedures, locating seats or preferred standing positions, and accessing concessions before the scheduled performance commencement.
