Fulda Hauptbahnhof is the nearest mainline station, served by regional and ICE high-speed services. From the station, Esperantohalle is an approximate 12-minute walk south-east down Bahnhofstraße, turning left onto Esperantoplatz.

The Esperantohalle is easily accessible by local bus services. Several bus stops are located within a short walking distance of the venue. The most convenient stops are "Esperantohalle Nord" and "Esperantohalle Süd," situated directly opposite the venue. Key bus routes serving these stops include Line 1, Line 3, and Line 7. Route 1 connects the venue with the city centre and the main train station, providing frequent services throughout the day. Route 3 offers connections to the eastern suburbs, while Route 7 links the Esperantohalle to the western districts of Fulda. Night bus services are available on Fridays and Saturdays, typically running until the early hours of the morning, ensuring safe travel options after late events. Journeys from the city centre to the Esperantohalle by bus are usually around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Local bus services are operated by the company Fuldaer Verkehrsbetriebe (FVB).

The Tiefgarage Esperanto is located directly beneath the venue complex, offering convenient but potentially congested parking, especially during peak event times. Fees apply, and advance booking or early arrival is recommended. Alternatively, the Parkhaus Stadtschloss is a 10-minute walk west, providing further capacity, also with applicable fees.
