Estadio Akron

Estadio Akron is not directly served by a light rail station within a convenient walking distance. The Guadalajara SITEUR (Light Rail) network would require a subsequent bus or taxi transfer from stations such as 'Estación Las Águilas' (Line 1) or 'Estación Arcos de Zapopan' (Line 3), making it an impractical direct route for most event-goers relying solely on light rail.

Several local bus routes, including the C120 and C136, provide connections to the general vicinity of Estadio Akron, though a walk from the nearest stop should be anticipated. For major events, dedicated shuttle services are frequently organized from various points within Guadalajara and Zapopan, offering a more direct and convenient public transit option. Always consult event-specific transport guides.

Extensive on-site parking is available at the Estadio Akron, including dedicated general parking areas. Fees are applicable, and congestion can be significant both pre- and post-event. Advance booking of parking passes is highly recommended, particularly for high-attendance events, to ensure a space and potentially expedite entry.

Entrances are clearly signposted by 'Puertas' (Gates) around the perimeter of the stadium. Queue arrangements are managed by event staff, and standard stadium security checks, including bag searches, are in effect. Patrons are advised to arrive at least 60-90 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow ample time for transit, security screening, and finding seats or position within the standing area, especially for major events. Standard bag policies usually restrict large bags; clear bags are often encouraged or required.
