Estadio Olímpico Universitario

The nearest Mexico City Metro station is Universidad on Line 3 (Indios Verdes - Universidad). From Universidad station, the stadium is approximately a 25-minute walk north-west through the university campus. Alternatively, passengers can connect to the Pumabús internal campus shuttle system (Ruta 3) directly from the station, which circulates around the campus and stops closer to the stadium entrances.

Numerous public bus routes operate along Avenida Insurgentes Sur, which borders the UNAM campus. Key stops include those near Metro Universidad. Within the vast Ciudad Universitaria, the Pumabús system provides free internal transit, with various routes (e.g., Ruta 3) offering convenient access to the stadium from different points on campus, including the Metro station.

On-site parking directly adjacent to the stadium is extremely limited and often reserved for event staff or requiring special permits. General public parking within the UNAM campus, while extensive, is severely restricted and often unavailable or requires specific pre-booking for major events. Expect heavy congestion. Utilizing public transport is strongly advised due to limited availability and potential for significant traffic delays.

Entry points are clearly marked around the stadium's exterior, typically designated by ticket type or seating section. Queues can be extensive, particularly for high-profile events, so arriving at least 60-90 minutes before the scheduled start time is recommended to allow for security checks, bag searches, and navigating to your seat. Standard stadium policies regarding prohibited items and bag sizes are strictly enforced.
