Etihad Park

There is no mainline rail, metro, or light rail service directly to Yas Island. Public transport within Abu Dhabi relies on bus services and taxis.

Yas Island is served by the complimentary Yas Express shuttle service, which connects all major attractions on the island, including stops near Etihad Park. Specific Abu Dhabi city bus routes also connect to Yas Island; passengers should consult the official Department of Transport (DoT) routes for the latest schedules and stops relevant to event days. For those arriving from outside Yas Island, a taxi or ride-sharing service is often the most direct option.

Extensive parking is available at Yas Mall, located inland from Etihad Park, typically a 10-15 minute walk via designated pedestrian pathways. During major events, supplementary car parks adjacent to the venue on Yas Leisure Drive may be opened, often requiring advance booking or incurring specific event-day fees. Congestion can be significant both entering and exiting Yas Island on event nights, so early arrival is highly recommended.

As an outdoor venue located on Yas Island, with water surrounding the island, pedestrian access points for Etihad Park are situated primarily along Yas Leisure Drive. These entry gates face inland, away from the specific waterfront portions of the island like Yas Marina. Queue arrangements are typically well-managed with multiple lanes for different ticket types. All bags are subject to search, and restrictions on outside food and drink are strictly enforced. Attendees are advised to arrive at least 60-90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow for security checks, ticket scanning, and navigation to the performance area.
