Explanada del Auditorio Benito Juárez

The Explanada is exceptionally well-served by the Guadalajara Light Rail (SITEUR Tren Eléctrico Urbano). The "Auditorio" station on Line 1 is situated directly alongside the venue, making the walk from the station exit to the event grounds a matter of seconds.

Numerous local bus routes connect to the vicinity of the Auditorio Benito Juárez. Key bus lines operate along Avenida Ávila Camacho and Calzada del Federalismo, providing access from various areas of Zapopan and Guadalajara. Passengers should consult the latest Mi Transporte schedules for specific route numbers and stop locations, aiming for those nearest the Auditorio Light Rail station.

Limited paid parking facilities are available immediately next to the Auditorio Benito Juárez complex. For major events, these lots typically reach capacity quickly and contribute significantly to traffic congestion in the area. Alternative commercial parking garages can be found further south along Avenida Ávila Camacho, generally within a 10 to 15-minute walk. Advance booking for parking is not typically offered, and attendees should anticipate elevated fees and potential delays on event days.

Entry to the Explanada is managed through multiple designated gates around its perimeter, with security personnel conducting mandatory bag searches and body scans. To ensure smooth entry and secure a preferred vantage point within the open space, arriving 60 to 90 minutes before the advertised event start time is strongly recommended, especially for highly anticipated performances.
