The nearest light rail connection is the NJ Transit River LINE at the Aquarium Station, located approximately a 5-minute walk north along the waterfront promenade. For connections from Philadelphia, the PATCO Speedline terminates at the City Hall Station in Camden. From City Hall, transfer to the River LINE (one stop south to Aquarium Station) or embark on a 25-minute walk east, then south along Cooper Street and Riverside Drive to reach the venue. Alternatively, the RiverLink Ferry provides direct pedestrian service from Penn's Landing in Philadelphia to Wiggins Park, a 5-minute walk south of the pavilion's main entrance along the waterfront.

Numerous NJ Transit bus routes serve Camden. The Mickle Street at Aquarium Drive stop, immediately to the rear of the venue, is served by several local lines including the 404, 406, and 408, providing connections across Camden and into surrounding South Jersey communities. Dedicated paid parking lots are situated immediately to the rear and south of the venue, accessible from Riverside Drive and S Mickle Blvd. These lots, often managed by Live Nation, can experience significant congestion before and after events.
