Giant Center

The nearest major Amtrak station is Harrisburg Transportation Center, approximately 15 miles west of Giant Center. Direct walking from this station is not feasible. Travelers would need to arrange for a taxi, rideshare service, or utilize connecting local bus routes from Harrisburg, such as Capital Area Transit (CAT) services which offer routes towards Hershey.

Capital Area Transit (CAT) provides local bus services in the Hershey area. Specific routes such as the "Hershey Circulator" (Route 1) can transport visitors close to the Hershey Entertainment Complex, often stopping near destinations like Hershey's Chocolate World, from which the Giant Center is a walk of approximately 10-15 minutes east along Hersheypark Drive. Checking the latest CAT schedules for specific event timings is recommended.

Extensive surface parking lots surround the Giant Center, managed by the Hershey Entertainment Complex. Key lots, such as those designated B and D, are directly accessible from Hersheypark Drive. Event parking fees are typically charged upon entry, ranging from $15-$25 per vehicle. Pre-booking parking passes online via the official Hershey Entertainment website is often available and recommended to mitigate congestion, particularly for high-attendance events.

The primary public entrances are located on the western side of the venue, directly facing Hersheypark Drive. Queuing systems, managed by stanchions and staff, are in place for security checks. A clear bag policy is strictly enforced, with limits on bag size. Guests are advised to arrive 45 to 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow sufficient time for security screening, ticket scanning, and navigating to seating or concessions, especially for large-scale events.
