Ibrox Stadium

The most direct rail link is via the Glasgow Subway. From Glasgow Central Station (mainline), take a Low Level train to Argyle Street (one stop, approx. 2 minutes), then walk approximately 5 minutes to St Enoch Subway Station. From St Enoch, take either the Inner or Outer Circle line approximately 8-10 minutes to Ibrox Station, which is directly adjacent to the stadium. Total journey time from Glasgow Central, including changes, is typically 20-25 minutes.

Numerous bus routes serve the Ibrox area. Key First Bus services include the 9, 9A, 10, 16, and 38, which operate along Govan Road and Paisley Road West, with stops immediately outside or a short walk from the stadium. Travel from Glasgow city centre takes approximately 15-25 minutes depending on traffic.

On-street parking in residential areas surrounding Ibrox Stadium is heavily restricted and often permit-only on event days, with severe congestion. While there are no large, dedicated public car parks directly at the stadium for general events, attendees may find limited paid parking at nearby commercial premises or utilize park-and-ride facilities associated with the Glasgow Subway, such as at Bridge Street or Shields Road stations. Advance booking for any off-site private car parks is strongly recommended to guarantee a space.

Main entry points are typically clearly signposted turnstiles corresponding to ticket sections around the stadium's perimeter. Queue arrangements are managed on the pavement and concourse areas. All attendees are subject to bag searches; it is advisable to bring minimal bags, as large items may be prohibited or require storage. Aim to arrive at least 60-90 minutes before the advertised start time to allow for security checks and navigation to your seat or standing area.
