The nearest mainline rail services are the West Palm Beach Brightline Station (290 S Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33401) and the West Palm Beach Tri-Rail Station (203 S Tamarind Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33401). Both stations are located approximately 12-15 miles east-southeast of the amphitheatre. Neither is within walking distance; onward travel requires a taxi, ride-share service, or pre-arranged shuttle, with car journeys typically taking 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

The iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre is committed to providing an accessible experience for all patrons. The venue is largely wheelchair accessible, with ramps and designated accessible entrances. Lifts are available to access different levels, and specific accessible seating areas are provided within the main seating bowl. Accessible toilet facilities are located throughout the venue. Induction loop systems are available at customer service points and Box Office windows to assist those with hearing impairments. The venue welcomes assistance dogs and provides designated relief areas. Accessible parking bays are situated close to the entrances in the main car park. Venue staff are briefed and available to offer assistance to visitors with disabilities upon arrival and throughout their visit.

Main entrances are situated along the perimeter of the amphitheatre bowl, accessible from the fairgrounds' internal road network. Multiple gates are operational on event nights, and queue arrangements can be extensive for popular shows, particularly for general admission areas. Mandatory security checks, including bag searches (with a clear bag policy often enforced) and walk-through metal detectors, are standard procedure. An arrival time of at least 60-90 minutes prior to the scheduled show start is recommended to allow ample time for parking, security processing, and locating your desired position, especially for those aiming for the standing pit or prime lawn spots.
