Lubbock does not possess a mainline passenger rail station or an urban metro system. Direct passenger rail travel to the venue is not a feasible option.

Citibus routes 1 and 2 provide service to the Texas Tech University campus area. Route 1 operates along University Avenue, with stops approximately a 5-minute walk east of the stadium. Route 2 services Indiana Avenue, offering stops approximately an 8-minute walk west. Additional local connections can be made via transfer at the Downtown Transfer Plaza.

Multiple dedicated parking lots surround the stadium, including the R1, C1, and S1 lots, which are accessible off Marsha Sharp Fwy and Texas Tech Parkway. Additional parking is available in various Texas Tech University campus garages and surface lots, such as the Flint Avenue Parking Garage (a 12-minute walk south-east) or the commuter lots west of Indiana Avenue (a 10-minute walk west). Fees are typically charged for event parking, often increasing closer to the event time. Advance booking via the university's parking services website is highly recommended to secure a space and avoid congestion.

Entry is via clearly marked gates situated around the stadium perimeter. Primary access points are typically found on the east (University Ave side) and west (Indiana Ave side) of the venue. Queueing arrangements are managed by event staff, with separate lines for ticketholders and those requiring assistance. Strict clear bag policies are enforced; patrons should consult the official stadium website for current regulations regarding bag size and prohibited items. Arriving 60 to 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time is advised to allow for security screening and entry.
