Columbus does not have local commuter rail or light rail service. The city is not served by Amtrak directly for convenient local venue access. Travelers arriving by intercity rail would typically disembark at distant stations (e.g., Cincinnati, Cleveland) and require subsequent bus or car transit to reach Columbus.

The Arena District offers numerous parking garages within a 10-minute walk. The Arena District Garage (250 W Nationwide Blvd) and the McConnell Garage (350 W Nationwide Blvd) are particularly close, typically within a 3-5 minute walk. The Front Street Garage (288 N Front St) also provides ample parking within a 7-minute walk. Fees are standard for event parking, and advance booking via apps such as Parkmobile or SpotHero is highly recommended to secure a spot and mitigate congestion, especially during major events.

The primary entrance is located on Neil Avenue. Queueing arrangements are typically managed along the sidewalk, directing patrons efficiently towards security checkpoints. Standard bag policies apply, often requiring clear bags or small clutches, with details available on the venue's official website. Arriving 30-45 minutes before the advertised door time is advisable to allow for security screening and to secure a preferred spot, particularly for general admission events.
