For those traveling by train, the nearest Amtrak connections are in Pittsburgh, PA (approximately a 50-minute drive east), or Alliance, OH (approximately a 1-hour drive west). From these stations, onward travel to East Liverpool typically requires pre-booked ride-share, taxi services, or regional intercity bus connections such as Greyhound, which has a stop inland from the venue.

The primary parking facility is the multi-story "Riverbend Municipal Garage," located a 6-minute walk north-east of the auditorium at 345 North Street. Daily rates apply, and advance online booking via the city's parking portal is highly recommended for weekend or high-demand events to guarantee a space and avoid congestion. A smaller, open-air "Auditorium West Lot" is available at 110 Main Street, approximately a 4-minute walk west, but fills rapidly.

The main entrance to the Liverpool Auditorium is located on the south facade, directly facing the Ohio River. Queue arrangements typically form along the riverside promenade. All patrons are subject to bag searches and walk-through metal detectors.
