The nearest Miami Metrorail station is Culmer Station. From there, it is approximately a 25-minute walk (1.2 miles) south along NW 12th Avenue, turning east onto NW 7th Street, until reaching Marlins Way. Alternatively, Historic Overtown/Lyric Theatre Station is a 30-minute walk (1.5 miles) west along NW 7th Street to Marlins Way.

Multiple Miami-Dade Transit bus routes provide access to the area surrounding LoanDepot park. Key routes include the S bus (Route 12), which operates along NW 7th Street with stops directly adjacent to the park, and the W bus (Route 7), running along West Flagler Street, a short walk south of the venue.

Extensive on-site parking is available through several named garages and surface lots, including Home Plate Garage (Garage 1), First Base Garage (Garage 2), and Third Base Garage (Garage 3). Parking fees are typically elevated for events, and advance booking via the official venue website is strongly advised to secure a spot and mitigate pre-event queuing. Expect significant traffic congestion around the venue before and after major events.

Entrances are distributed across various gates around the stadium perimeter, clearly signposted. For concerts, specific gates may be designated for field access compared to seated sections. Bag policies are strict, often restricting bag size and frequently requiring clear bags. Mandatory security checks, including metal detectors and bag searches, are conducted upon entry. Arriving 45 to 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time is recommended to allow ample time for security screening and finding your designated area.
