MEO Arena

The nearest major transport hub is Gare do Oriente, served by Lisbon Metro's Red Line and national/regional train services. From the station's main exit towards the river, MEO Arena is a 7-minute walk south-east along the waterfront promenade (Passeio do Neptuno).

Several Carris bus routes serve the Oriente area, including 705, 725, 728, 744, 750, 759, 781, and 782. These routes stop at or near Gare do Oriente, providing extensive connections across Lisbon and its surrounding municipalities.

Paid underground car parks are available within a 10-minute radius, located inland from the arena. The "Parque P1 - Fil" and "Parque P2 - Gare do Oriente" car parks are primary options. Advance booking is strongly advisable for major events due to high demand and potential traffic congestion in the area. Fees are charged hourly or daily.

The OVO Hydro is committed to providing an accessible experience for all visitors. Wheelchair access is excellent, with step-free entry points, ramps, and lifts available to navigate the venue's different levels. Dedicated accessible seating areas offer superb views of the stage or event space, and these can be booked in advance through the venue's ticketing partners. Accessible toilet facilities are located throughout the arena, equipped to cater to a range of needs. The venue typically operates an induction loop system for those with hearing difficulties; arrangements for this should be made in advance with customer services. Assistance dogs are permitted within the venue, and designated relief areas can be provided upon request. Accessible parking is available in the nearby SEC car park, and staff are readily available to offer assistance to visitors requiring support.

The primary entry points are located on the western façade, facing the Passeio do Neptuno river promenade. Queue arrangements are typically structured with barriers to manage large crowds effectively. Standard bag search policies are enforced for security, and it is recommended to arrive 60-90 minutes prior to the advertised show start time to allow sufficient time for ingress, security checks, and locating your designated seating or standing area.
