Music Hall, Dundee

Dundee Railway Station is the nearest mainline connection. From the station concourse, it is an approximate 7-minute walk north. Exit onto Union Street and proceed straight, crossing High Street to reach City Square, where the Caird Hall entrance is located.

City Square and the surrounding streets (High Street, Commercial Street, Whitehall Street) are central hubs for local and regional bus services. Numerous routes operated by Xplore Dundee and other providers stop within a 2-minute walk of the venue. Consult local transit maps for specific route information.

Several multi-storey car parks are available within a 10-minute radius. Recommended options include Bell Street Car Park, NCP South Tay Street, and Nethergate Car Park. Fees apply, and congestion can be significant during peak event times; advance booking via parking apps or websites is advisable.

The primary entrance to the Music Hall is via the main Caird Hall doors on City Square. Queue arrangements will vary based on event size but generally form directly outside. Standard bag search policies are in effect. Patrons are recommended to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the advertised door time, especially for popular standing-room events, to facilitate smooth entry.
