Peterborough Railway Station is the nearest mainline station, a 17-minute walk east from the venue. Exit the station onto Station Road, proceed east towards Bourges Boulevard, cross over and continue straight onto the pedestrianised area leading into the city centre, then turn north onto Broadway where the theatre is located.

The Peterborough City Centre Bus Station, situated adjacent to Queensgate Shopping Centre, is a 10-minute walk east from the theatre. Numerous local and regional bus routes terminate here, providing broad public transport access. Specific routes serving stops closer to Broadway include services along Lincoln Road and Trinity Street.

Several car parks are available within a 10-minute radius. Queensgate Shopping Centre Car Park (PE1 1NT) offers extensive multi-storey parking accessible from Bourges Boulevard or Wentworth Street, approximately a 7-minute walk. Northminster Car Park (PE1 1AY), a multi-storey option off Northminster Road, is a 5-minute walk. Wirrina Car Park (PE1 1XL), a surface car park off Bishop's Road, is an 8-minute walk. The primary entrance is located on Broadway. Queue arrangements typically form directly on the pavement outside the main doors. Standard security procedures, including bag searches, are in place. Patrons are advised to arrive approximately 30-45 minutes before the advertised start time to allow sufficient time for entry, security checks, and finding seats, particularly for sold-out events.
