The primary entrance is located on Wharf Road, directly facing Newcastle Harbour. Queue lines are clearly delineated for pre-ticketed and on-the-day patrons. A standard bag search policy is enforced upon entry. Patrons are recommended to arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to the advertised door time, especially for sold-out events, to allow for security procedures and avoid peak ingress queues.
