The nearest mainline station is Estación de Santander (Santander Train Station), located approximately 1.8 kilometres to the rear (inland) of the venue. From the station, exit towards the south onto Plaza de las Estaciones, then proceed south-east along Calle de Calderón de la Barca, continuing onto Paseo de Pereda. Turn left onto Avenida de Reina Victoria, and the venue will be on your left, facing the bay. This is an approximately 20-minute walk.

Numerous urban bus lines operated by TUS (Transportes Urbanos de Santander) serve the area. Key bus stops are located along Avenida de Reina Victoria, directly adjacent to the venue, and near the Glorieta de Puertochico. Routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 12, and 13 offer frequent connections across the city, providing convenient access to the Palacio de Festivales.

Several underground car parks are available within a 10-minute radius. The closest options include Parking de Puertochico (approximately a 5-minute walk, accessed from Calle de Tetuán), and Parking de Gamazo (around an 8-minute walk, near the Dique de Gamazo). Fees apply at all car parks, and spaces can be limited during popular events; advance booking or early arrival is advisable.

The primary entrance is located on the seaward side of the building, facing the Bay of Santander, off Avenida de Reina Victoria.
