Palenque Texcoco

Texcoco de Mora does not feature a local mainline train station or integrated metro/subway system. The primary long-distance public transport connections are via intercity bus routes from various points, notably Mexico City.

Extensive surface parking lots are available within the grounds of the Feria Internacional del Caballo Texcoco, immediately adjacent to the Palenque. Fees apply, and congestion can be substantial, particularly for sold-out events or during the annual fair. Advance booking is generally not an option, so early arrival is advised to secure a convenient space.

The Palenque is committed to ensuring a positive experience for all our visitors. The main entrance is wheelchair accessible, and we have a lift available to access all levels of the venue, including the main performance area and bar. Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor, easily reachable by the lift. For those with hearing impairments, we have an induction loop system available at the main box office and bar areas; please request assistance from a member of staff. Assistance dogs and registered service animals are welcome throughout the venue. While there is no dedicated accessible parking directly at the venue, disabled parking bays can be found on nearby streets, and staff are always on hand to provide assistance with entry and movement within the building upon arrival.

The main entry gates to the Feria Internacional del Caballo Texcoco complex serve as the primary access point for attendees. Specific doors for the Palenque itself are clearly signposted within the fairgrounds. Expect standard security checks, including bag searches. For popular events, queues can form well before the advertised door times, so arriving 45-60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time is recommended to navigate security and find your seating or standing position comfortably.
