The nearest Metro station is Enghave Plads (M3/M4 line), an 8-minute walk north-east via Istedgade and then south-east on Flæsketorvet. Alternatively, København H (Central Station), a major mainline and Metro hub, is a 15-minute walk south-west, primarily along Istedgade before turning onto Flæsketorvet.

Limited street parking is available in the surrounding Kødbyen area, but it is often metered and highly congested, especially on event nights. The nearest specific parking facility is the Q-Park Kødbyen garage, located a 4-minute walk north-east on Høkerboderne, which charges hourly fees. Advance booking is recommended for guaranteed space.

Poolen is committed to ensuring accessibility for all visitors. The main entrance is at street level and is fully wheelchair accessible. Inside, a lift provides access to all floors, including the main performance area and bar facilities. Accessible seating areas are available within the main auditorium, offering excellent sightlines to the stage. Accessible toilets are clearly signposted and located on the ground floor. Induction loop systems are available upon request for those with hearing impairments; please inform staff upon arrival if you require this service. Assistance dogs and service animals are welcome in the venue. While there is no dedicated accessible parking directly at the venue, the Elm Street multi-storey car park (mentioned in the 'Getting There by Car' section) has designated disabled bays on the lower levels. Venue staff are always on hand to offer assistance.

The main entrance is located directly on Flæsketorvet. Queue arrangements are typically managed along the pavement. Standard bag search and ID checks are in operation upon entry. For popular events, arriving 20-30 minutes prior to doors opening is advisable to ensure smooth ingress.
