The nearest rail access is via Capital Metro's Red Line to Kramer Station. From Kramer Station, exit west onto Rutland Drive, then turn left (south) onto Delta Drive, which leads directly to the stadium grounds. This route involves a walk of approximately 15 minutes.

Capital Metro offers several bus routes serving the area around Q2 Stadium. Key routes include the 3, 383, and 392, which have stops along Burnet Road and Braker Lane, both within a reasonable walking distance of the venue. Special event shuttles may also operate on match days from designated park-and-ride locations; check the Capital Metro website for specific event-day services.

On-site parking at Q2 Stadium, including the McKalla Place Parking Garage and Verde Lots A, B, and C, is typically pre-sold and requires advance booking. Expect significant congestion on event days, and without a pre-purchased pass, securing parking directly adjacent to the stadium can be challenging and expensive. Several private lots may operate in the vicinity, though availability and pricing vary. Arriving early or utilizing public transport is highly recommended to mitigate parking difficulties.

Main entry gates are situated along McKalla Place and Verde Plaza. All attendees undergo security screening, including bag checks. Large bags, outside food and drink, and professional cameras are generally prohibited. It is advisable to arrive at least 60-90 minutes before the scheduled event start time to allow ample time for entry procedures, particularly for popular fixtures. Gates typically open 90 minutes prior to kick-off for soccer matches.
