Queen Elizabeth Theatre Vancouver

The nearest SkyTrain station is Stadium-Chinatown, served by the Expo Line and Millennium Line. From the station, the theatre is approximately a 7-minute walk south down Beatty Street, then a short distance west along Georgia Street, before turning south onto Hamilton Street. Vancouver City Centre Station (Canada Line) is a 12-minute walk east, primarily along Georgia Street, then south on Hamilton Street.

Several TransLink bus routes serve the immediate vicinity. Major stops are located along Georgia Street (routes such as 50 False Creek, 19 Metrotown Station, 22 Knight), Smithe Street (routes 4, 7, 10, 16), and Granville Street (various routes including 4, 6, 7, 10, 14, 16, 50). These routes provide extensive connections across Vancouver and its surrounding municipalities.

The Queen Elizabeth Theatre Parkade (EasyPark Lot 630) is located directly beneath the venue, offering convenient but often expensive parking. Additional paid parking garages and surface lots are available within a 10-minute radius, including EasyPark Lot 650 Cambie Street (near BC Place) and various WestPark facilities. Pre-booking parking online is highly recommended, particularly for popular events, to avoid congestion and ensure availability.

The primary entrance is located centrally on Hamilton Street. Queueing typically forms directly outside these doors, extending along the sidewalk. Standard security procedures, including bag checks, are in effect upon entry. For optimal experience and to allow time for ticket scanning, coat check, and pre-show refreshments, patrons are advised to arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the stated performance start time.
