While dedicated on-site parking is limited, several paid parking garages and private surface lots are situated within a 10-minute radius. Notable options include the garage at 2000 S. Wentworth Ave in Chinatown Square. Due to high demand, particularly on event nights, patrons are strongly advised to research and pre-book parking via third-party applications to mitigate congestion and secure a space.

The primary entrance is located directly on West Cermak Road. Queueing arrangements are typically managed with stanchions along the sidewalk, extending from the main doors. Standard security protocols, including bag searches, are rigorously enforced, and a clear bag policy is often in effect. To ensure a smooth ingress process and allow for security checks, guests are recommended to arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the advertised door time, especially for high-attendance events.
