Riviera Theatre Chicago

The nearest L train station is Lawrence (Red Line), located directly north of the theatre on N Broadway. The main entrance is accessible after a brief 1-minute walk south along N Broadway.

Several CTA bus routes serve the area. The #36 Broadway bus stops directly outside the venue. The #81 Lawrence bus connects from the west, stopping one block away at the intersection of Lawrence Avenue and Broadway.

Street parking in the surrounding Uptown neighborhood is highly limited and subject to residential permit restrictions. Several paid surface lots and garages are available within a 10-minute walk, such as the parking lot at 1010 W Lawrence Ave (adjacent to the Aragon Ballroom) and various smaller lots listed on third-party parking apps. Pre-booking parking via services like ParkWhiz or SpotHero is highly recommended due to high demand and potential congestion, particularly on event nights.

The main entrance is prominently located on N Broadway. Queues typically form outside the main doors. Standard security procedures include bag checks and walk-through metal detectors. To ensure sufficient time for entry, merchandise, and securing a preferred viewing spot, it is advisable to arrive 30-45 minutes before the advertised door time.
