Ryman Auditorium

The nearest mainline rail service is the WeGo Star commuter rail, accessible at the Nashville Riverfront Station. From the station, the auditorium is approximately an 8-minute walk west, primarily along Commerce Street, then turning north onto 5th Avenue North. Please note that WeGo Star service is primarily commuter-oriented with limited schedules.

Nashville's WeGo Public Transit system offers multiple bus routes serving the downtown core. Key routes with stops within a 3-minute walk of the Ryman include the #34 (Riverfront Station/Opry Mills) with stops along 5th Avenue North, and routes such as the #1 (Gallatin Pike) and #5 (Points of Interest) that stop along 4th Avenue North or Broadway, both just a short walk from the venue.

Numerous paid parking garages are available within a 10-minute walk. Recommended options include the Fifth + Broadway Garage (accessed via Broadway or Commerce Street, adjacent to the Ryman), the Music City Center Garage (accessible from Demonbreun Street or 6th Avenue South, an 8-minute walk east), and the Library Garage (151 6th Ave N, an 8-minute walk northwest). Fees vary, and advance booking via third-party apps is highly recommended, particularly for popular events, due to potential downtown congestion.

The primary entrance for ticket holders is located on 5th Avenue North. Security checks, including bag searches, are standard upon entry. Large bags, backpacks, and outside food/drink are typically prohibited. To facilitate a smooth entry and allow time to navigate to your seats, it is advisable to arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the advertised show start time. Doors typically open one hour prior to the performance.
