Sala Acapulco

The nearest mainline station is Gijón/Xixón - Sanz Crespo, located inland to the southwest of the venue. From the station, the venue is a 25-minute walk. Exit the station onto Calle Carretera de la Vizcaína, then proceed southeast, turning left onto Calle Rodríguez San Pedro, and continue straight onto Calle Jovellanos, which leads directly to the waterfront and the Casino de Asturias.

Several EMTUSA (Gijón public transport) bus routes serve the city centre and coastal areas near the venue. Key stops within a 5-minute walk include "Jovellanos" (for routes like L4, L6, L10, L12, L14, L15, L16) and "Plaza del Carmen," providing connections across the city and to surrounding neighbourhoods.

Specific parking garages are available inland from the waterfront. Parking El Náutico is located approximately a 7-minute walk inland from the venue's front entrance, accessible via Calle Corrida. Parking Centro Gijón, also on Calle Corrida, is another option, approximately an 8-minute walk. Both are paid facilities, and advance booking is advisable during peak times, particularly on weekends or for high-demand events, due to potential congestion.

The entrance to Sala Acapulco is accessed through the main doors of the Casino de Asturias on Paseo de la Playa de San Lorenzo. Signage within the Casino directs patrons to the hall. Standard security checks, including bag searches, are in operation. Guests are advised to arrive 30-45 minutes before the scheduled start time, especially for general admission events, to allow for security procedures and to secure a preferred standing position.
