Advance booking for this facility is recommended, particularly for weekend events, to mitigate potential delays.

Sala X is committed to providing an accessible experience for all its patrons. The main entrance is step-free and suitable for wheelchair users. For access to different levels, a lift is available, connecting the main floor to the upstairs bar and seating areas. Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor, equipped with the necessary grab rails and space. The venue is fitted with an induction loop system in the main performance area to assist those with hearing impairments; please inform staff upon arrival if you wish to utilize this facility. Assistance dogs and registered service animals are welcome throughout the venue. While there is no dedicated accessible parking at the venue itself, the nearby City Centre Car Park offers designated disabled bays. Venue staff are available to provide assistance with entry, seating, and navigating the venue upon request. We recommend contacting the venue in advance to discuss specific needs for larger events.

The main entrance is situated on Calle del Almirante Ulloa. Queue arrangements are typically managed directly outside the venue. Standard bag search and security screening procedures are in place upon entry. Patrons are advised to arrive 30-45 minutes before the advertised door time for popular events to ensure smooth entry and preferred viewing positions within the hall.
