Shell Energy Stadium

The nearest METRORail station is EaDo/Stadium (Green and Purple Lines), located directly adjacent to the stadium on Rusk Street. This station provides direct pedestrian access to the venue. The Convention District Station (Green and Purple Lines) is also an approximate 8-minute walk west along Capitol Street.

Several METRO Bus routes serve the EaDo district and downtown Houston. Key routes include the 20 (Almeda/Anderson), 51 (Hardy-Kelley), and 52 (Hardy-Ley), with stops positioned along Emancipation Avenue and Texas Avenue, within a 5-minute walk of the stadium entrances. For detailed route planning, consult the Houston METRO website.

Numerous surface parking lots and multi-story garages are available within a 10-minute radius of the stadium. The Toyota Tundra Parking Garage, part of the stadium complex, offers convenient but often high-demand parking. Additional options include the Diamond Parking lots along St. Emanuel Street and the various private lots scattered throughout EaDo. Fees vary significantly, and heavy congestion is expected on event days; advance booking through official parking partners is highly recommended to secure a spot and streamline arrival.

Main entry gates, including Gate B, Gate C, and Gate D, are situated around the stadium's perimeter. Queue arrangements are clearly delineated by temporary barriers leading to security screening. Standard stadium policies apply, including bag restrictions (typically clear bag policy only). Arriving at least 45-60 minutes before the scheduled start time is advised for ticket scanning and security processing, especially for sold-out events.
