SHI Stadium

The nearest mainline rail connection is New Brunswick Station, served by NJ Transit's Northeast Corridor Line. From New Brunswick Station, exit onto Easton Avenue and proceed to the Rutgers College Avenue Campus, approximately an 8-minute walk. From the College Avenue Campus, passengers can board one of Rutgers University's inter-campus bus routes (e.g., B, REXL, F, or LX, depending on service hours) directly to the Busch Campus. The bus journey to the stadium area typically takes 10-15 minutes.

Rutgers University operates a comprehensive internal bus system connecting its campuses. Routes like the B, REXL, F, and LX buses serve the Busch Campus, where SHI Stadium is located. While primarily for university affiliates, these services are accessible to the public from designated campus stops. For regional public transit, NJ Transit bus routes may connect to areas near the Busch Campus, but the most direct public access from New Brunswick Station involves utilizing the Rutgers campus buses.

On-site parking is available in numerous designated lots across the Busch Campus, including those directly adjacent to SHI Stadium (e.g., the Scarlet Lot, Yellow Lot, Green Lot). Event-specific parking fees are typically applied, and pre-booking online is strongly advised to secure a space and avoid congestion on event days. Expect heavy traffic and limited availability without prior reservation, particularly for major sporting events.

Stadium entry points are clearly marked around the venue's exterior. All attendees are subject to bag searches and security screenings upon entry. Guests are recommended to arrive at least 60-90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow for security procedures and avoid peak queueing times. Entry policies, including prohibited items, are typically posted on the stadium's official website.
