Direct heavy rail access to Stirling City Park is not available. The nearest Tri-Rail commuter stations, such as Hollywood Station (TR-13) or Sheridan Street Station (TR-12), are approximately 7 to 8 miles east. These stations require subsequent bus or taxi transfer, and are not practical for direct event access.

Broward County Transit (BCT) provides bus services in the vicinity. BCT Route 28 operates along Stirling Road, which runs directly south of the park. The nearest verifiable stop is at Stirling Road and NW 106th Avenue. A dedicated parking lot is situated at the main entrance of Stirling City Park, accessible from NW 103rd Avenue. Parking here is typically free of charge, but spaces can become congested quickly during large-scale events. Overflow parking may be available on adjacent residential streets, subject to local restrictions, or at nearby commercial plazas within a 10-minute drive, though these are not guaranteed options and may incur fees. Advance booking is not typically offered for park parking.

The primary entry point for events is generally located at the main park entrance on NW 103rd Avenue. For ticketed events, temporary queueing systems and bag search stations will be set up at this location. Attendees are advised to arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow for security checks and to secure a preferred viewing spot within the open performance area. Prohibited items, including outside alcohol, glass containers, and certain seating furniture, are typically enforced.
