Stoke Regent Theatre

The nearest mainline station is Stoke-on-Trent railway station. From here, the theatre is approximately a 15-minute walk. Proceed north on Station Road, continue onto Glebe Street, then turn left onto Marsh Street. Follow Marsh Street until it meets Piccadilly, where the theatre is situated on your right. Alternatively, numerous local bus services connect the station directly to Hanley Bus Station.

Hanley Bus Station serves as a central hub for the majority of local and regional bus routes, including services from across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding towns. The Regent Theatre is less than a 5-minute walk from Hanley Bus Station, exiting onto Charles Street and turning right onto Piccadilly.

Several multi-storey car parks are available within a 10-minute radius. The Potteries Centre car park (formerly intu Potteries) offers extensive covered parking, accessible via Quadrant Road, and is a 7-minute walk to the theatre. John Street car park and Clementson House car park are also nearby options. Fees apply at all city centre car parks, and advance booking via their respective apps or websites is recommended for popular evening performances to ensure availability and potentially mitigate congestion.

The main entrance is located directly on Piccadilly. Queues typically form along the pavement outside the theatre. Standard security procedures, including bag searches, are in operation upon entry. It is advisable to arrive 30-45 minutes before the scheduled curtain time to allow for ticket scanning, bag checks, coat check, and to collect any pre-ordered refreshments before finding your seat.
